Today is another day at work.
Published on April 16th, 2008So today I went to work and as usual I didn’t want to work. However I was excited that I was changing my usual schedule to my summer schedule. However, I was told by my young supervisor that I could not have certain days off to spend with family because it wasn`t important. Please notice that only one was requested off and that was Saturday. (One day out of seven days of the week). I really asked myself what do these people want, blood. Anyways, I took it upon myself to speak to the head supervisor (who by the way is a very busy woman). But I felt insulted that he was saying that family wasn`t important and I must put work before them. Upset I asked to speak to her to voice my opinion and thoughts. Eventually I got my day off but wasn`t not fully satisfied with the actions done by the young supervisor. *Exhale* Anyways, that was my rant and I got my way. Thank God for justice in the work place.
What an ass is all I can say about that.
