Its been a busy month and months to come. Most of my firends and family birthdays have passed and or soon approaching. Including my own which was October 7th yay!!! Happy belated birthdayyyyyyy to me. One of the most tideous things for me is finding that special gift that will relate to me and that person receiving the gift. I ensure that whatever the person gets is related to them or to our relationship. No pull of the shelf ops I forgot birthday gifts. No I’m not sick. I have that other kind of downward spiral feeling after todays fitness class. Unfortunately for me I couldn’t do 1 chin up. Yes chin up. What does that mean to me? It means I failed not only that aspect of the course but myself. Not only did I disappoint myself but I really believe my coach is slowly loosing hope in me. Am trying my best buy it doesn’t seem like enough. I need your help. Share with me some of tips on how to shed weight fast and ill focus on muscle gain. Any suggestions will help. From quick and easy snacks to quick cardio work out I can do before bed. Please share.

For the past week its been non stop midterms papers and assignments due. Trapped in a war where sleep is not winning at all. I was speaking to many of my friends and they are all packing up and going somewhere exciting for a 2-5 day vacation from everyday life. I was personally looking into Disney vacations. The new ads have me so captivated and makes me think of a far far FAR land away from reality. *mind wanders* Now my only concern is… how do I get away with no school and work for that long and who can I drag along with me? Im in desperate need of a break. Maybe after all is done (midterms) in mid november i can ditch ‘life’ for a week? ** crosses fingers**

I was wondering through Wal-Mart (one of my favourite stores) and I found this item in the soap/body wash aisle called Pear. Upon reading about it (on the box) I was impressed that not only did it moisturize your skin but overtime with use it left your skin flawless without scars and or discoloration. I was pretty skeptical about any bar of soap found in a Wal-Mart aisle that can actually help with skin discoloration for less that $5. But guess what? It works. With the first appearance of the open box, this wasn’t your usual creamy colour soap but this was a glycerin soap. With a fresh unique pear scent like no other. It does not produce as much soaps duds like other but when taking a shower your can feel the difference. It has been a few weeks since I have been using this soap and I have seen/felt the difference. My skin seems to have the ‘new’ glow about it.( i simply love it) It’s a great buy and I just had to share my new find.

So today I was speaking to my advise counselor at my school about transferring credits and other information to universities. A conversation which I viewed to be important about my future. As a busy individual, I managed to get hold of her on the phone. But with my luck (and that seriously how lucky I am) my stupid phone signal died. And the thing that really sucks about it that I have tried calling her back ever since .. and it seems she isn’t in her office. This is the first time this has happened to me. It seems that I need a cell signal booster. I am not sure whether or not it is the company I have or is it the phone. But i am goin to assume it is not the phone because its a blackberry and i refuse to blame my baby.(lol) So as i was saying before, I think it maybe the service that the company is offering. I really need to look into fixing this problem asap, because i cant continue with this horrible reception issues.
